How do I book an appointment?

Book online through our “Book Now” page, pick your service, date, and time. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s set.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the session fee (or the deposit forfeited, if applicable). By booking, you agree to these terms.

Do I need a credit card on file?

A valid card may be required to hold your appointment and will only be charged according to the cancellation/no-show policy.

Can I use my FSA or HSA debit card?

Yes. Wai Bodywork accepts FSA and HSA debit cards for eligible massage therapy services.


Eligibility depends on the purpose of your treatment and applicable requirements. Massage solely for general wellness or relaxation does not qualify. Before booking, confirm eligibility and any required documentation with your benefits administrator.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive a few minutes early so you’re ready to start on time. If you’re late, your session may be shortened and the full fee applies.

What should I wear / how much should I undress?

Wear comfortable clothing. Undress to your comfort level—clients are always draped appropriately, and you can request adjustments at any time.
